Terms, Disclosures, and Release of Liability

1. Voluntary Participation

By engaging with any services, programs, or events provided by My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr., you acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after your participation.

2. Coaching and Non-Medical Services

You understand and agree that:

  • Raymond Ciafardini, Jr. is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (MFCC), or Master of Social Work (MSW).
  • The services provided are for personal growth and development and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
  • These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, you agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before participating in any services.

3. Hypnosis Sessions

By participating in Hypnosis Sessions, you acknowledge:

  • Hypnosis is a complementary practice and not a medical or therapeutic treatment.
  • During hypnosis, you may be more receptive to suggestions, but you remain in control of your mind and body at all times. You may choose to leave the session at any time.
  • Potential responses, such as deep relaxation, mild fatigue, or temporary disorientation, are normal and generally transient. You accept personal responsibility for your well-being during and after the session.

4. Personal Development Calls

By participating in Personal Development Calls, you agree that:

  • These sessions are designed for educational and personal growth purposes only.
  • You are responsible for your engagement and participation, including any emotional or mental responses that arise during or after the session.

5. Confidentiality and Recordings

You understand and agree that:

  • Portions of or entire sessions may be recorded (audio or video) by My Coach Ray, LLC for training, review, or promotional purposes.
  • Recordings may also be shared on platforms such as YouTube or similar public platforms for educational or promotional purposes.
  • Your likeness, voice, or image may appear in these recordings, and you waive all rights to compensation or royalties derived from them.
  • You will not record, photograph, or livestream any session without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, techniques, and content provided during sessions or programs are the exclusive property of My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr.:

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
  • Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Release of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any services or programs and agree to release and hold harmless My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr. from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional discomfort, physical reactions, or unresolved issues arising during or after participation.
  • Decisions or actions you take based on the suggestions, recommendations, or strategies discussed.

8. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

9. Terms of Updates

My Coach Ray, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms, Disclosures, and Release of Liability at any time. Updates will be communicated and posted on the website with the effective date.
